I was able to choose from a number of available desktop PC's. Additional memory was installed there and then and the machine was made ready for my use. The price was very competitive. I have bought PC's online in the past but being there and able to pick one that best fitted my needs,see it working and take it away there and then with a warranty supplied as well gave me great confidence. I have used their services for some time now and I have never known them not to deliver on what they promised. As a consequence I always use them to source all my modems, ink cartridges and other computer hardware and software and to repair any of my PC's and laptops. I always found them very helpful and obliging, when taking a computer or printer to be serviced always returning them back on time. The ink cartridges they do are very good, I have an Epson printer and the imitation cartridges last longer than the Epson ones. Last week I asked them if they could solder the wires back on my sat nav as I was going on a long journey on Monday and needed it. Friday being a back holiday they went out of their way and got it done for me to pick up on Sunday on my way home from church, the service was excellent and much appreciated.

They have now been to my shop on two occasions, to refurbish my quite dated computer. It's a funny thing when you are not educated enough to realise just how behind the times one can fall into. I have limited skills with the computer, but it is necessary that I use it on a daily basis, so when I contacted them and explained what was happening with the system, they advised what could be done. Their skills and service next to none, job sorted without any interruption, even completed on a day I could not be around. Part of my role as an Independant Financial Advisor involves a huge amount of research and preparing reports for clients. I am the manager of the Sea Saftey Groups Coastwatch Station at the old Pakefield Lighthouse,
which is a voluntary organisation. We were recently expecting some quite important guests when things
started to go wrong.
We had a huge leak from our sink unit in the basement and I called a local plumber.
Russell from Fast Plumb arrived and three hours later he had repaired the leak, refitted the sink unit
and put new washers on the taps. I asked him for an invoice,
"That's okay" he said, "put it down as a donation"
The next day our computer broke down so I phone Keith from KAS Computers.
An engineer arrived within an hour and sorted out the system for us. I asked for an invoice,

We are on watch eight hours a day, seven days a week and despite all the snow, ice, cold winds recently we did not miss a shift. It gives us tremendous encouragement in our work when we receive service and help from local businesses like these. Thanks to you both

I would just like to say thank you to Keith for his help and advice whenever I have had a problem my computers.
I had a problem recently and needed something which was only sold in excessive quantities for my needs.He told me to bring in my PC fixed it gratis and said the extra amount would be used in the workshop.
Needless to say this kind of service always prompts you to return.
